Can you work with my budget if I'm flipping a house?

Yes. We do a lot of investment property work and understand you're not looking for luxury finishes. We focus on what adds value and passes inspection. You'll get a clear breakdown of costs so you know exactly where your money's going.

Do you pull permits for remodeling work?

Yes, when required. Electrical, plumbing, and structural work typically need permits in Akron. We handle the permit process and make sure inspections are scheduled. You don't have to deal with the city — we do.
